What you are purchasing are the welded steel frame, wheels, mounting hardware and our patent pending receiver/rotation tube mounting system (box not included). You will need to purchase separately a tool chest of your choosing. We will weld a frame that matches your box's specific foot print. We will supply the required mounting hardware and directions to mount your box to the steel frame. Included:
